Here is a goat cheese dip that we made for our Gluten Free Nut Crackers. Since the crackers are quite sweet we added chili to the dip.
Goat Cheese & Thyme Dip
200 g goat cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small handful thyme (roughly chopped)
1/3 fresh chili (finely chopped)
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve in a small bowl, top with fresh thyme.
