I just found your blog from your guest post on Food Nouveau and am enchanted by your recipes and photos. I love the cool, crunchy, sweet combinations in this salad! I'd love to see a recipe for chilled summer soups, if possible. Enjoy your book holiday and happy summer! (Your photos have convinced me that I MUST make to Sweden in June one of these days.)

Soba noodles are so light and perfect for summer. I made a couple of huge soba salads last summer and munched on them for days, your post has reminded me to do that again soon. Look at all those herbs, yum!

We did go to Sweden a few years back in late June, specifically for the midsummer events I had heard about when I worked at IKEA (as part of the mandatory "Swedish Culture Class"). I was devastated when we arrived and found out that the parties are generally private parties; I had assumed they were public festivals! We wandered around Skansen instead.

I found your blog recently (from My New Roots) and fell in love! Beautiful pictures, layout, oh and of course the food...I can't say enough about all the dishes I want to try. There are so many food blogs out there, but few that catch me on so many levels and become regular visits. Thank you!

I was in beautiful Sweden years ago and can't wait to return one day. Hopefully at the end of June (for my birthday maybe) from your recommendation. As for now, it looks like I have a new dish to try with the tofu I just opened! Be well!

Hi!
Love your site, app, recipes!
As a working mommy to a two-year-old, I'd love some recipes with shared ingredients or using left-overs.
Maybe like a three part-er, where you'd cook up big a batch of the main ingredient on Sunday (beans, lentils??) and then there'd be a recipe with them for Sunday night, a new one for Monday night and then a third way to use them Tuesday night! Then I'd already have half the week knocked out with healthy food!
Thank you!!!!!!
