		<description>Well, they did look good! and so I decided to try to make them. The biggest challenge was locating &quot;rose hip powder&quot; which is simply not used in North America (or so it would seem). I ended up buying dried organic rose hips and grinding them to a powder in a small grinder I use for spices. After that, my blender wasn&#039;t really powerful enough to make the mix very smooth so it was a bit crumbly. However, I was able to make balls and they are really very good! At this time of year it is really delightful to have a treat that you feel healthier for eating - thanks for the post!!</description>

		<description>BTW:  I would love to start adding rose hip powder to my recipes, great idea.  Yummy flavor twist too! I remember taking chewable vitamin C&#039;s as a kid and they had rose hips in them......they were soooooo good!</description>
