Our saturdays always starts with muesli, homemade of course! We mix a little bit of everything into it. We tried it the first time last christmas, it was the perfect christmas gift to everyone in our family. Now they ask us for more muesli every time we see them.
Well family, here is the recipe so now you can do it yourself …
Mmmmuesli
Dry ingredients:
rolled rye (like rolled oats, but from rye)
almonds (roughly chopped)
hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
cashew nuts (roughly chopped)
sunseed
linseed
coconut flakes
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
cinnamon,
Soft ingredients:
dried apricots
dried cranberries
dried figs
green & yellow raisins
dried apple rings
gojiberries
dried blueberries
dries mulberries
dates
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put all the dry ingredients on it. Drizzle honey, water and cinnamon over and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stir around at least once to keep it from getting burnt. While the dry ingredients are in the oven, chop the soft ingredients roughly and put in a large bowl.
Let the dry ingredients cool of before stirring it all together. Add some extra cinnamon if needed. Store the muesli in a large glass jar.

Extremely quick and easy dessert.
