I loooooove your blog! I really want to make these for a friends dinner party, and was wondering if you used medjool dates? I only have the little dried ones, but maybe I could use more of them and soak them first....
Thanks for the great recipe!

That's really fantastic!!! Due to health issues, I am trying to reduce my intake of sugar and dairy products, however so many times I've found myself seduced by a chocolate cake... I can't possibly be happy without eating chocolate products - and this is much tastier than conventional chocolate, healthy, fast and cheap to make. Helps me to keep on track. Thanks a lot!!!

Was planning to do the same but how much date paste should I use?
Made raw brownies already - stunning out of the freezer, give you a real boost. These truffles look so cute & perfect as a gift!

Very good, did double duty, reducing the amount of dates to 17 in total, add 1 tablespoon more of coconutoil. Thanks!

Hi,

After trying your herbs and pistachio falafel last week-end, I tried these truffles yesterday and brought some to my colleagues today, they are delicious!!
I have the same problem as Veron though, the coconut or almonds wouldn't stick on the balls, maybe they were not wet enough... I'll try to make them a little bit more wet next time (cause i'm sure there will be a next).

Thanks again for sharing all these recipes.
