I just made this cake today and bringing it over to share with family tomorrow. It doesn’t look as gorgeous as yours, hoping that it at least tastes as good ;) I have an important question though. If I’m going to serve it tomorrow, do I refrigerate it over night? Thanks! I would assume yes because of te avocados, but don’t want the frosting to harden too much. Let me know!

Since I have not tried it with cranberries I cannot really tell but I mean, cranberries are yummy and so are yellow raisins. I´d say – Go with it! …and you can absolutely use the seeds out of the pods!

Hi Elenore, this looks amazing! I must try it. Question though! Will it taste just as good if I use dried cranberries instead yellow raisins? And can i use vanilla seeds out of the pods instead of the powder? Thank you for sharing your amazing work! xx

This cake is beautiful! I’m making it right now for my husband’s 27th birthday. We had a baby 7 weeks ago so I really appreciate the different layers, it means I can do one between his naps and come back to it later :) thank you! xx
